As part of the continuing development of our Quality system, we are proud to announce the installation and commissioning of the Schaublin 48V machining centre. This 4th Axis machining centre with its Renishaw Probing
facility, allows for the production of the most complex parts to a 
tolerance of 2 microns, also providing SPC reports on all critical
dimensions. This installation is part of Dawnlough's ongoing
development and investment programme, approved by Enterprise Ireland.
Located in Galway city, the Medical Devices manufacturing centre for
Europe, we specialise in the manufacture and design of Medical jigs
and fixtures, working closely with Clients' Engineers, from prototype
to full scale manufacturing.
